ABOUT ME
Chris grew up travelling the world living in the UK, France, Japan, Spain and the USA to name a few during his childhood. Upon returning to the UK he joined the army and served as an electrical/avionics technician for 4 years before starting his tattoo career in 2017.
Chris is currently based in the south of England and frequently travels for guest spots and conventions around the world.
His business name 'Kiyoharu Tattooer' is from his middle name, named after his grandfather Kiyoharu who shared his birthday and passion for art.
Chris is competent in all styles of tattooing but chooses to specialise in opaque black and grey realism, micro-realism and traditional Japanese style tattoos. He has a relaxed attitude and a genuine love for tattooing which makes him strive for excellence in every piece, with the belief that tattoos are not only a form of art, but also a way to express one's individuality and tell a story. That's why he takes a personalized approach to each and every tattoo he creates. The goal is to make sure that his clients are completely satisfied with the end result, and that the tattoo holds significant meaning for them. Whether you already have a design in mind or need some help with inspiration, He is there to guide you every step of the way.
