(When my books are closed this will be used as a waiting list so if you wish to get on my waiting list for when my books open again, Please fill the form below out and I'll get back to you when they open or every other week :) )

Booking Form: Welcome
This Booking form is for:
Chris Hirakawa (Kiyoharu Tattooer) at KOOKIE TATTOO in Southampton.
Booking for conventions/guest spots outside of Southampton should be made when requested by email with the location in the subject line.

Bookings are NOT first come first serve. BUT I do read requests from oldest to newest so repeatedly emailing me will not increase your chance of a response.
I will prioritise large scale pieces (day sessions), and pieces with a substantial degree of creative freedom. However I will work with your ideas so I'd love to hear them :)!!
If accepted you will receive an email response within 3 weeks (check your spam), this will include any questions I might have about the design and will suggest an appointment date. Please respond promptly as dates will not be held without a deposit. :)
PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU COME IN INTOXICATED OR SUNBURNT I CANNOT TATTOO YOU.
